The JD Nichols Campus for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Parking Garage includes 815 spaces over multiple levels. DKN challenged the typical concept of a garage with extensive use of LED lighting to establish a vibrant presence that changes from day to night. The site includes a communicating landscaped plaza that is integral to future phasing and development of the project.
