DKN collaborated with Hogan Real Estate
on Smyrna Village Apartments. The 236,006 SF development is comprised of 8
buildings with 192 one and two-bedroom apartment homes. The amenities include a
clubhouse with fitness center, lounge, meeting space, and mail structure and
site amenities, including dog park and splash park. Construction is expected to
start in late 2023.
