TEMPO BY HILTON HOTEL  AND GARAGE

DKN worked with co-owners/ developers Weyland Ventures and First Hospitality on this 6-story, 193,439 SF hotel. Tempo Hotel is a new concept by Hilton, and will have 130 guest rooms, a rooftop terrace and restaurant, fitness center, lounge, meeting space and a first-floor bar and kitchen. In addition to the hotel, DKN designed a 6 story, 106,903 SF parking garage with 288 spaces that will serve the hotel and neighboring developments. The project is in NuLu, a rapidly developing neighborhood near downtown Louisville, KY.
