DKN worked with Shamrock Communities on this two-phase development, located in Elizabethtown, KY. Phase one, The Joule, is 342,558 SF in 12 buildings, with one, two and three bedroom units. The amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, lounge and meeting space, a pool and a dog park. Construction completion is expected in 2024.
