LDG Development moved their headquarters into the second and third floor of a historic building in Louisville, KY. A notable feature of this project is the installation of the grand stair, where there was no existing opening. DKN worked closely with the structural engineer to open the space for a modern connection between the two floors. The total buildout was 34,583 SF.
