LOUISVILLE LOGISTICS PARK

DKN is working with the developer and owner to design a logistics park with 6-7 buildings comprising a total of over 1.3 million square feet. DKN’s initial work on the project included the creation of marketing material to present the convenient location of the site, along with renderings showing the overall campus aesthetic. The next phase of the project included design and construction documentation of the first of the speculative buildings, a 202,566 SF shell building.  Notably, the “sandwich” panel construction will aid in energy efficiency and interior concrete wall panels without exposed insulation. The back of the building features undulating LED lighting that will be visible from the neighboring highway. This campus will provide high quality construction at a convenient location to the Louisville airport and I-264.
