ARCADIA LAKES OF PADUCAH

DKN worked with Arcadia Communities to expand their existing Lakes of  Paducah facility with a 19,480 SF addition. The addition included a new memory care and assisted living wing. The memory care wing included 12 studio bedroom units, a living and dining room, sunroom and a memory care garden. The assisted living wing included one and two bedroom units, fitness center, spa and gathering area with bistro.  This addition doubled the facility’s capacity.
