ARCADIA MEMORIAL POINT

DKN worked with Arcadia Communities to expand their portfolio into the new Southgate Development in northern Kentucky. Memorial Point has a more urban, modern aesthetic than Arcadia’s traditional communities and boasts 87 units and 16 two-bedroom cottages. The community’s amenities include a memory care wing with private garden, multiple exterior public and private terraces, a salon, bistro, dining area, multi-purpose rooms, fitness area, multiple lounge spaces per floor, a sun room, putting greens and walking paths.  The building features brick, EIFS and large format porcelain tile cladding, and an aesthetic language inspired by an urban streetscape. 

The 16 two-bedroom cottages are arranged to create a pedestrian friendly internal neighborhood and are situated adjacent to the main building. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a covered front porch and back patio. The cottages have access to all the amenities of the main building and are a short walk from the putting greens and walking paths. The cottages are designed in a traditional style with modern materials that complement the main building.
