DKN designed this 450,237 SF speculative warehouse with a main office corner and a secondary office corner. This building has a minimum 32’-0” clear height inside per the developer’s standards. The main entrance corner offers a outrigger panel that creates a covered entrance and a unique feature. DKN worked with the structural engineers over multiple revisions to create a unique building with optimal steel weights to balance aesthetics and cost.
