RIVER RIDGE 5, 6, 7

DKN has worked with Capstone Realty on multiple River Ridge tilt-up concrete buildings, spanning 20+ years. At almost 1 million SF combined, River Ridge 5, 6 & 7 are the newest Capstone buildings  to be developed in the park. River Ridge 5 is a stand-out building in with its expansive curtain wall entry corner and unique window articulation. River Ridge 6 is a much smaller building that takes inspiration from Building 5. River Ridge 7 is on the boards in 2023. The design is a more modern, graphic cousin to 5 & 6, but still employs the curtain wall corner concept, which ties all the buildings together.
