DKN is providing architectural design services to Corporex Co. for two 8-story apartment buildings as part of their overall 5 city block waterfront development project. There are 152 residential units in each building with a mix of sudio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The buildings will provide amenities, including a rooftop terrace, fitness room, conference rooms, leasing area, pet wash and end cap lease spaces. The overall development will provide the residents with areas to live, work and play.
