DKN provided design and construction document services for the renovation of this 11-story 1920’s era hotel for Schulte Hospitality group. The process included coordination with MEP for system upgrades and new utility shafts throughout the building. The scope also included the renovation of 212 guest rooms, dining room, ballrooms, meeting rooms, club lounge, and the renovation and enlargement of public restrooms to meet ADA standards.
