DKN worked with NAI Fortis Group on SCLC buildings A & B to design a distribution park off I-65 in Sellersburg, IN for Clarion Partners. The park is over 1 million SF and presents a clean, modern design with impressive curtain wall entry corners. The buildings feature the use of concrete formliner panels and natural lighting via clerestory windows and skylights. Building A boasts an impressive 40’ clear height, and Building B’s LEED certification is pending. DKN has also worked with NAI Fortis Group to provide tenant build out design documents for both buildings.
